Tai Chi Set

Tai Chi for Beginners Handbook and Individual Lessons
NOTE: the Lesson One plan is included in the file called Tai Chi for Beginners, which has some additional information about Tai Chi and a copy of the Tai Chi Set list in it. These lesson guides cover the first third of the Tai Chi set, up to Wave Hands.

This audio file is a recording of me talking through the Tai Chi set in some detail. Most of the terms you'll hear will be familiar from the way I talk through the set at class. It includes some guided relaxation and focus at the beginning, and is relatively slow in terms of pacing. Use it to do a slow, stretchy set, or to help jog your memory if you're stuck at a certain spot!
