Tai Chi for Beginners
Saturdays, 2-3pm 
Especially for beginners, this course teaches our Tai Chi set from the beginning, including instruction on the sequence of movements and correct Tai Chi technique. Ours is a 108-move set modeled after Yang Tai Chi, and including elements from more advanced soft martial arts, Lok Hup Ba Fa and Hsing-I.

Continuing / Intermediate Tai Chi 
Saturdays, 3:00-4:30 
This class will offer ongoing instruction for people who have completed the Tai Chi set. Participants will refine their relationship with Tai Chi and learn to work with the set to alleviate any health issues and enhance their wellbeing on an individual basis.

Continuing / Intermediate Tai Chi
Mondays, 9:30-11am 
This class works with the same material as the Saturday Tai Chi Continuing / Intermediate class.

Qigong  (Beginners Welcome)
Mondays, 11:15-12:15pm  
This class offers instruction in Qigong ("energy work"), the ancient exercise form upon which Tai Chi is based. This class is for all levels of experience and ability. It includes gentle physical exercise and instruction in Qigong sitting and standing meditation, as well as guided meditations to relax and refresh you.

Continuing / Intermediate Tai Chi 
Wednesdays, 1:15-2:15  
Instruction for intermediate students.

Advanced Tai Chi and Lok Hup
Fridays, 1:10-2:40
By invitation only. This class requires that you have completed the Tai Chi set. Advanced instruction in Tai Chi, Lok Hup Ba Fa, Hsing-I, and Tai Chi Sabre.

Qigong for Health Recovery
Fridays, 3-4pm
This class offers detailed instructions for using Qigong to address specific health issues, as well as covering topics such as traditional Chinese medicine, energy medicine, and Qigong fundamentals like correct alignment, correct movement, and a meditative approach to wellbeing. Bring your questions to class! Class topics will be determined by participants.

Drop-in: $20 per class

Monthly Rates  
Regular: $60 per month, unlimited classes
Seniors (55+): $30 per month, unlimited classes
Students / ODSP / Under 18 / Financial Need: $20 per month, unlimited classes

If for whatever reason class will not be held on a particular day, that information will be posted at the top of this page. Class cancellations are extremely rare.
